Blue Star Real Estate Service was founded by Mr. KEO SOCHEATH, the manager and also a teacher of a high school in Kampot, in 2008 during the world economic crisis. Of course, during this time, it’s the hard time to run the real estate service, at the same time, many real estate companies were closed because of bankrupt. But our Real Estate has overcome many obstacles until the result of our effort is appeared, finally we get successful until now. Actually, we helped a lot of people on purchasing, selling, renting of properties in Kampot  both foreigners and Khmers.

Basing on the result of our trusted and quality service,  so far we do help a lot of foreigners to buy or rent safely and successfully in Kampot province. Another important things,      Noticed By Feb-2013, I have 11 foreigners already asked me to be their representative means that they bought the land and put my name on their land as well as helping them asking permission , building the houses and more.

To make convenience both clients and the owners, so our Real Estate office has a mission is to provide a trusted and quality service in South Coast area of Cambodia, conducting business with honesty and integrity is extremely important to our company. The coverage areas we work is KAMPOT and other places if required from the client. We aim to help our clients to have a fair price on Purchase of the property. Moreover, we and our lawyer have already been served our clients, both Khmers and foreigners, with a strong protection on renting, buying property in Kampot and Kep as well as in Cambodia (safe purchase- safe rent).
